Delivery advice
When your parcel arrives, you do not have to physically sign by hand and can politely request that the driver just puts a squiggle in the machine for you. Some carriers are not even asking for signatures at present. If you or the person taking delivery is self-isolating, please let us know as we can add that to the delivery notes and arrange that the parcel be left at a safe location, or even outside the door if you’re in.
We have noticed that some UK deliveries are taking an additional day or two to arrive, likely due to some understaffing with delivery companies, but they are otherwise unaffected and still going ahead as planned. Please bear this in mind if you have a deadline coming up.
