Heino Ilsemann KZM3 Cassette Tape, J-card and Case Packaging Machine

An automated cassette tape, J-card and cassette case assembly machine manufactured by Heino Ilsemann specifically for cassette case assembly and will assemble around 4000 cassette tapes, J-cards and cases per hour. 

This machine was originally purchased by BASF new from Heino Ilsemann in 1982 and we have three large folders of manuals, mechanical and electrical diagrams and documentation for the KZM3. The machine was sold to BASF for 102,610 Deutsche Mark (DM) which in todays equivalent is around €100,000-120,000 today.

The outer dimensions of the machine are around 178cm long by 168cm deep and with a height of around 190cm and weighs around 800kg, so is quite substantial. It can be moved around on a pump truck and doesn't require any specialist lifting equipment.

The machine requires a 3 phase electric supply and a compressed air feed, however we can also supply a mini compressor free of charge if you need one to go with the machine. 

This machine does not come with any warranty and is sold as is, but does also come with a wide range of spares and all of the manuals.

We recommend viewing and checking the machine before purchase (we can demonstrate it for you) and it will need to be collected from us in Lee-on-the-Solent in Hampshire.

The machine is fully working and will be serviced by a specialist prior to collection, so please allow around 2 weeks before collecting after purchase.
